Ingredients
- Brown Rice (raw)(soak it overnight and then pressure cook till just done) – ¼ k
- Chopped and boiled vegs (Cauliflower, baby corn, French beans) – 1 to 1½k
- 1 dry red chilli, asafoetida – a pinch
- Puliyogare /tamarind rice masala – 1 tbsp
- MTR Brand Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil, add asafoetida, dry chili, curry leaves, Puliyogare masala and boiled vegs.
- Sauté for 2 to 3 mins.
- Then add cooked rice and salt.
- Mix gently and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
