Protein Poha

Ingredients

  • Brown Poha – 1/2 cup raw
  • Sprouted moong – ½ k
  • Cabbage (shredded) – 1tbsp
  • Capsicum
  • Tomato (finely chopped) – ¼ k
  • Onion (chopped) – 2 tsp
  • Green Chilly (slit)
  • Red chilly  as per taste
  • Curry Leaves
  • Rai
  • Turmeric pwdr
  • Lemon salt to taste
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves garnishing

Method

  1. Wash poha and drain the water completely.
  2. In a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, sprouted moong, green chilli, red chilly and sauté for a while.
  3. Add all vegetables & sauté for few minutes and add turmeric powder to it.
  4. Add soaked poha and salt and stir to mix. Cook for two-three minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve Hot.
