Ingredients
- Brown Poha – 1/2 cup raw
- Sprouted moong – ½ k
- Cabbage (shredded) – 1tbsp
- Capsicum
- Tomato (finely chopped) – ¼ k
- Onion (chopped) – 2 tsp
- Green Chilly (slit)
- Red chilly as per taste
- Curry Leaves
- Rai
- Turmeric pwdr
- Lemon salt to taste
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Fresh Coriander Leaves garnishing
Method
- Wash poha and drain the water completely.
- In a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, sprouted moong, green chilli, red chilly and sauté for a while.
- Add all vegetables & sauté for few minutes and add turmeric powder to it.
- Add soaked poha and salt and stir to mix. Cook for two-three minutes.
- Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Serve Hot.
