Protein Chaat

Ingredients

  • Moong Sprouts Boiled – 3/4k
  • Lettuce shredded-1k
  • Chopped medium apple-1/2
  • Cucumber chopped – 1/2 k

For the Dressing:

  • Semi Hung curd – 1/4k
  • Mint leaves chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt  & Pepper – as per taste

Method

  1. Chop all ingredients as mentioned.
  2. Mix all the vegetables and sprouts.
  3. Make dressing.
  4. Add the dressing to the vegetables.
  5. Mix well & serve.
