Ingredients
- Moong Sprouts Boiled – 3/4k
- Lettuce shredded-1k
- Chopped medium apple-1/2
- Cucumber chopped – 1/2 k
For the Dressing:
- Semi Hung curd – 1/4k
- Mint leaves chopped – 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt & Pepper – as per taste
Method
- Chop all ingredients as mentioned.
- Mix all the vegetables and sprouts.
- Make dressing.
- Add the dressing to the vegetables.
- Mix well & serve.
