Potassium smoothie

Ingredients

  • Milk- 1/2L
  • Strawberry-4 / Mango-2 slices
  • Banana- ½ / Elchi Kela-1/3 of big banana
  • Chia seeds(soaked overnight) – 1tsp
  • Water – ½L
  • Cinnamon  powder – 1/4 tsp

Method

  1. Blend the fruits, milk and water into appropriate consistency.
  2. Add the soaked chia seeds and cinnamon powder.
  3. Cool and serve.
