Ingredients
- Mung + Matki [raw (Keep for sprouting)]- 1/4 k or Sprouts-1 k
- Onion(Finely chopped) — ½
- Cabbage – ½ k
- Tomato – ½ k
- Cucumber – ½ k
- coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
- Dark seedless pomegranate -½ k
- Small chilli chopped – 1
- Cumin seed powder – 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Put bean sprouts and pomegranate in a large bowl.
- Add onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander.
- Add cumin, lemon, garlic chutney, chillies, and salt.
- Toss well to blend all flavours.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
