Pomegranate Sprouts Bhel

Ingredients

  • Mung + Matki [raw (Keep for sprouting)]- 1/4 k or Sprouts-1 k
  • Onion(Finely chopped) — ½
  • Cabbage – ½ k
  • Tomato – ½ k
  • Cucumber – ½ k
  • coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Dark seedless pomegranate -½ k
  • Small chilli chopped – 1
  • Cumin seed powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  1. Put bean sprouts and pomegranate in a large bowl.
  2. Add onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander.
  3. Add cumin, lemon, garlic chutney, chillies, and salt.
  4. Toss well to blend all flavours.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
