Ingredients
- Cow’s milk Paneer – 1/2k
- Roasted oats powder – 1 tsp (optional)
- Stevia as per taste
- Cardamom powder – 1 Tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 or 2 drops
Method
- Take homemade paneer mash with palm continuously till soft.
- Add Vanilla essence and Cardamon powder, stevia and oats powder.
- Make small round balls.
- Paneer Sandesh is ready to eat.
