Paneer Sandesh

Ingredients

  • Cow’s milk Paneer – 1/2k
  • Roasted oats powder – 1 tsp (optional)
  • Stevia as per taste
  • Cardamom powder – 1 Tsp
  • Vanilla essence – 1 or 2 drops

Method

  1. Take homemade paneer mash with palm continuously till soft.
  2. Add Vanilla essence and Cardamon powder, stevia and oats powder.
  3. Make small round balls.
  4. Paneer Sandesh is ready to eat.
