Paneer Mushroom Veg

Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms (sliced)- 5
  • Paneer- 40 gms
  • Green, yellow, red capsicums (cubes) – 1K
  • Baby corn( boiled and sliced) – 4
  • Onion chopped – ½
  • Ginger paste – ½ tsp
  • Chopped Green chili -1
  • Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
  • Tomato puree – 1/2 k
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Oil -1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves – For garnishing

Method

  1. Heat ½ tsp of oil, add onions, tomato puree and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add ginger, green chili, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
  3. Add vegetables and salt. Cook for 3-4 min, add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
