Paneer Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

Paneer – ½ cup
3 colour bell peppers – ½ cup finely chopped
Grated cabbage and onion finely chopped- ¼ cup
Corn – ¼ cup
Tomatoes – ½ cup
Cheese – 1 tsp
Dry chapati – 2 sheets

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 Pre-heat the oven to 350 deg F, 180 degC.

Step 2 Lightly saute the bell peppers, corn, cabbage and onion and keep aside.

Step 3 Mash the paneer.

Step 4 Grease an oven-proof dish and layer the dry chapati with the tomatoes, cheese, veggies and      paneer mixture, using the tomatoes and cheese as the top layer.

Step 5 Bake for 45 minutes, until the cheese, is golden.

Step 6 Serve it hot.
