Paneer In Lemon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • Paneer (cubed) – 50 to 60 grams
  • Broccoli florets-1/2 k
  • Chopped French beans –  ½ k
  • Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Lemon rind (grated) – 1 tsp
  • Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilli -1
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Water – ½ L, Oil ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley/coriander – 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add dry red chilli, garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.
  2. Add vegetables and salt, saute till the vegetables are cooked.
  3. Add black pepper powder, lemon juice, lemon rind, ½L water, paneer & boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add parsley/coriander. Simmer for a minute.
  5. Serve hot.
