Ingredients
- Paneer (cubed) – 50 to 60 grams
- Broccoli florets-1/2 k
- Chopped French beans – ½ k
- Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Lemon rind (grated) – 1 tsp
- Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
- Dry red chilli -1
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Water – ½ L, Oil ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley/coriander – 1 tbsp
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add dry red chilli, garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.
- Add vegetables and salt, saute till the vegetables are cooked.
- Add black pepper powder, lemon juice, lemon rind, ½L water, paneer & boil for 2 minutes.
- Add parsley/coriander. Simmer for a minute.
- Serve hot.
