Ingredients
- Low fat paneer- 40 gms
- All coloured capsicum-1k
- Chopped spring onions- 2 tbsp
- (1 tomato + ½ onion) puree
- Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Plain water – 1L
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Dry red chillies – 1 (optional)
- Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Water-1/2L to 1L
- Salt to taste
Method
- Keep paneer cubes in a bowl, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, ½ tsp tomato chili sauce and mix gently and keep aside.
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non-stick wok. Add tomato – onion puree & sauté.
- Add all other veggies, salt mix well and cook.
- Add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, water & reduce the heat to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the heat.
- Drain paneer cubes & add to the wok & mix well.
- Serve hot.
