Paneer Chilly Gravy

Ingredients

  • Low fat paneer- 40 gms
  • All coloured capsicum-1kg
  • Chopped spring onions- 2 tbsp
  • (1 tomato + ½ onion)  puree
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Plain water – 1L
  • Ginger garlic paste –  ½ tsp
  • Dry red chillies – 1 (optional)
  • Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Water-1/2L to 1L
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Keep paneer cubes in a bowl, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, ½ tsp tomato chili sauce and mix gently and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non-stick wok. Add tomato – onion puree & sauté.
  3. Add all other veggies, salt  mix well and cook.
  4. Add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, water & reduce the heat to simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Switch off the heat.
  6. Drain paneer cubes & add to the wok & mix well.
  7. Serve hot.
