Pan Asian Lettuce Cups

Ingredients:

For Lettuce Cups:
Oil – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Onion – 1/2 cup
Carrot- 1/2 cup
Bell Peppers – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Lettuce Leaves – (3 to 4 Leaves)

For Sauce:
Tomato Puree – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 2tsp
Vinegar – 1/2tsp
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper – as per taste
Honey – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Method:
1. Heat Oil.
2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste.
3. Add Onions, Carrots, Bell pepper, Cabbage & salt.
4. Add black pepper.
5. Saute it for 2-3 minutes
6. Add lemon juice.

For Sauce Preparation:
1. Add Tomato Puree.
2. Add Red Chilli Sauce.
3. Add Vinegar.
4. Add Salt.

Assemble The Sauces & Vegetables In Lettuce Leaves.
Add some sauce.
