Ingredients
- Palak – ½ bunch
- Boiled Corn – 1 tbsp
- Capsicum- ½ cup
- Wheat flour – 1 tsp
- Milk – ½ cup
- Ginger & chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder – a pinch
- Brown bread – 2 slice
Method
- Blanch palak.
- Drain & finely chop.
- Mix wheat flour and milk and heat it stirring continuously, to form thick, non lumpy white sauce.
- Mix palak, boiled corn, capsicum & white sauce to maintain its thick consistency.
- Add salt, pepper powder and ginger chili paste.
- Toast the bread and then apply the stuffing on top to make an open face sandwich.
