Palak Corn Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Palak – ½ bunch
  • Boiled Corn – 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum-  ½ cup
  • Wheat flour –  1 tsp
  • Milk –  ½ cup
  • Ginger & chilli paste
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder –  a pinch
  • Brown bread – 2 slice

Method

  1. Blanch palak.
  2. Drain & finely chop.
  3. Mix wheat flour and milk and heat it stirring continuously, to form thick, non lumpy white sauce.
  4. Mix palak, boiled corn, capsicum & white sauce to maintain its thick consistency.
  5. Add salt, pepper powder and ginger chili paste.
  6. Toast the bread and then apply the stuffing on top to make an open face sandwich.
