Only Bhaji

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 2 (medium size)
  • Dudhi – 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum – 1/2 cup
  • French beans – 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage – 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower – 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion – 1 (medium size)
  • Garam masala
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Salt
  • Lemon and coriander

Method

  1. Boil all vegetables and mash it.
  2. Add masala and salt to taste.
  3. Add lemon and coriander and serve hot.
