Ingredients
- Tomatoes – 2 (medium size)
- Dudhi – 1/2 cup
- Capsicum – 1/2 cup
- French beans – 1/2 cup
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower – 1/2 cup
- Spring onion – 1 (medium size)
- Garam masala
- Pav bhaji masala
- Salt
- Lemon and coriander
Method
- Boil all vegetables and mash it.
- Add masala and salt to taste.
- Add lemon and coriander and serve hot.
