Oats Rava Idli (200 Cals)

Ingredients

  • Oats flour – 2 tbsp
  • Rava – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh curds – 1 tbsp
  • Grated ginger – ½ tsp
  • Green chillies – ½ tsp
  • Spinach – ½ cup
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp  (all Finely chopped)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Fruit salt  – ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ tsp – for greasing

Method

  1. Combine the oats flour, semolina, curds and waterto make idli batter, mix well and keep for 30 minutes.
  2. Just before steaming, add chopped spinach & other ingredients  and fruit salt to the batter.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Put a little batter into each greased idli mould and steam in a steamer for 7 to 8 minutes or till the idlis are cooked.
  5. Cool slightly, demould and serve.
