Ingredients
- Oats flour – 2 tbsp
- Rava – 1 tbsp
- Fresh curds – 1 tbsp
- Grated ginger – ½ tsp
- Green chillies – ½ tsp
- Spinach – ½ cup
- Coriander – 1 tbsp (all Finely chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Fruit salt – ½ tsp
- Oil ½ tsp – for greasing
Method
- Combine the oats flour, semolina, curds and waterto make idli batter, mix well and keep for 30 minutes.
- Just before steaming, add chopped spinach & other ingredients and fruit salt to the batter.
- Mix well.
- Put a little batter into each greased idli mould and steam in a steamer for 7 to 8 minutes or till the idlis are cooked.
- Cool slightly, demould and serve.
