Ingredients
- ¼ k yellow moong dal
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 cup mix veg (finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, French beans, little carrot)
- 1 tbsp grated onions
- 1 tbsp curd
- Chilli powder
- Garam masala
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Ginger-garlic paste to taste
- Few finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ tsp oil for cooking
Method
- Clean, wash and semi cook the moong dal and half crush it.
- Then add oats and the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the mixture equal portions and shape each portion into round flat tikki.
- Cook each tikki on a non-stick tawa using ½ tsp oil.
