Ingredients
- Oats ground to a powder in a mixer- 1 ½ tbsp
- Rawa – 2 tsp
- Kasoori methi -1 tsp (optional)
- Small tomato – very finely chopped
- Mix vegetables- ½ cup (very finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, grated dudhi)
- Green chilli – very finely chopped – 1
- Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder
- Salt – to taste
- Garam Masala – ½ tsp
- Haldi (turmeric) – ½ tsp
Method
- Mix all ingredients of the batter together in a bowl.
- Beat Well adding enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat a non stick pan (not too hot) Spread Lightly.
- Turn over when the underside is done.
- Cook the other side. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
