Oats Ladoo


  • Oats (Powdered)– 1/4k
  • Dates – 2 medium sized (De-seed)
  • Almond+ Pista+ Walnuts-1 tbsp
  • Mix oil seeds – 1tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut oil Or Ghee- 1 Tsp
  • Cardamom powder – a pinch


  1. Take a non-stick pan and add a tsp of coconut oil or ghee to it.
  2. Add dates and nuts.
  3. Dry roast oats and mix oil seeds.
  4. Roughly grind them, and soak chia seeds in a small cup of water.
  5. Mix oats mixture, chia seeds and a pinch of cardamom powder to the softened dates and form a ladoo or a bar out of it.
