Ingredients
- Oats (Powdered)– 1/4k
- Dates – 2 medium sized (De-seed)
- Almond+ Pista+ Walnuts-1 tbsp
- Mix oil seeds – 1tbsp
- Chia seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Coconut oil Or Ghee- 1 Tsp
- Cardamom powder – a pinch
Method
- Take a non-stick pan and add a tsp of coconut oil or ghee to it.
- Add dates and nuts.
- Dry roast oats and mix oil seeds.
- Roughly grind them, and soak chia seeds in a small cup of water.
- Mix oats mixture, chia seeds and a pinch of cardamom powder to the softened dates and form a ladoo or a bar out of it.
