Oats Chaat

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats(raw) – ¼ k
  • Boiled kabuli chana (chickpeas) – ¼ k
  • Finely chopped salad – 1 ½ K
  • [Cucumber – ½ K,  Tomato – ½ K, Fresh coriander – 1tbsp ]
  • Spring onions – 1/4 k
  • Sweet tamarind chutney – 1tsp + Green mint chutney  – 1 tbsp
  • Beaten low fat curd – ¼ K
  • Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Lemon & Black salt (sanchar) to taste

Method

  1. Roast the oats in a non-stick pan on a medium flame for 5 min.
  2. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Combine all the other ingredients, including the oats, in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
