Ingredients
- Rolled Oats(raw) – ¼ k
- Boiled kabuli chana (chickpeas) – ¼ k
- Finely chopped salad – 1 ½ K
- [Cucumber – ½ K, Tomato – ½ K, Fresh coriander – 1tbsp ]
- Spring onions – 1/4 k
- Sweet tamarind chutney – 1tsp + Green mint chutney – 1 tbsp
- Beaten low fat curd – ¼ K
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Lemon & Black salt (sanchar) to taste
Method
- Roast the oats in a non-stick pan on a medium flame for 5 min.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Combine all the other ingredients, including the oats, in a large bowl and mix well.
- Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
