Ingredients
- Oats – 1tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
- Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
- Ginger (chopped ) – ½ tsp
- Onion (sliced) – 1
- Celery (chopped ) – 1 tsp
- Carrot (medium, diced ) – ½
- Salt-black pepper powder –as per taste
- Few coriander leaves
- Soy sauce-1 tsp
- Lemon juice-2 tsp
Method
- Put a drop of oil in the non stick pan and wipe it off.
- Add ginger and garlic.
- Add sliced onion and saute till translucent.
- Add celery, coriander and carrot and sauté for one minute, add water & oats. Boil.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes till the oats are done.
- Now add the seasonings – salt, pepper, soy sauce, and lemon and chopped coriander and boil.
- Adjust water as per the required consistency.
- Serve hot with a sprinkling of chopped coriander.
