Nutritious Chillas

Ingredients

  • ¼ k mix atta (maize flour, jowar flour, chana flour)
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum & tomato
  • 1 tbsp coriander + phudina
  • 1 green chilly chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated vegetables (cabbage and dudhi)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl & add water to make a soft lose dough.
  2. Heat non stick pan & make 2 chillas.
  3. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
