Ingredients
- Nachini sattva – 1/3 k
- Urad dal – ½ tsp
- (French beans, Tomato, Capsicum)- ½ k
- Peanuts – 1tbsp
- Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
- A pinch of hing
- Curry leaves – 2 to 3
- Onion (Finely Chopped) – 1/2
- Chopped green chillies-1
- Chopped Coriander – 1tbsp
- Oil-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Soak nachini sattva in ¾ k of water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning & urad dal, peanuts till they crack a little.
- Later add curry leaves, green chillies, mix veges and saute.
- Add soaked sattva which is all fluffed up from water & stir well.
- Cook for some time and add water if needed.
- Add coriander & Serve.
