Nachni Wrap


  • ¼ cup (nachani flour + soya flour mix 2tsp)
  • ¼ tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 green chilly chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala, pav bhaji masala, if needed


  1. Take a bowl; combine all ingredients mix well with little water to make smooth loose dough.
  2. Heat non stick pan grease with little oil.
  3. Wet your fingers & spread an even layer of one portion of the dough to make a 5” round.
  4. Cook on both the sides. Serve hot with green chutney.
  5. Veggies can be stuffed – tomato, capsicum, coriander, onion.
