Ingredients
- ¼ cup (nachani flour + soya flour mix 2tsp)
- ¼ tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander
- Salt to taste
- Chat masala, pav bhaji masala, if needed
Method
- Take a bowl; combine all ingredients mix well with little water to make smooth loose dough.
- Heat non stick pan grease with little oil.
- Wet your fingers & spread an even layer of one portion of the dough to make a 5” round.
- Cook on both the sides. Serve hot with green chutney.
- Veggies can be stuffed – tomato, capsicum, coriander, onion.
