Mung Khakra Tacos

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Moong khakhra
  • ¼ cup boiled rajma
  • 1 tbsp each 3 color capsicum chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup fresh hung curd
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • tomato ketchup
  • oregano seasoning to taste.

METHOD:

  • On a serving plate, place 1 moong khakhra. Spread boiled rajma, finely chopped 3 color capsicum & onion onto it.
  • Add fresh hung curd over it and add some shredded lettuce on top. Add salt as per taste.
  • Sprinkle some oregano and garnish it with ketchup.
