Multigrain Paratha

Ingredients

  • Jowar flour + Besan – 1/4 kg
  • Chopped fenugreek leaves 1/3 kg
  • Broccoli + Cauliflower – ½ kg grated
  • Ginger-Green chili paste – ½ tsp
  • Amchur powder – 1/4tsp
  • Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and make a soft dough.
  2. Heat the pan and make parathas.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney.
