Ingredients
- Jowar flour + Besan – 1/4 k
- Chopped fenugreek leaves – 1/3 k
- Broccoli + Cauliflower – ½ k grated
- Ginger-Green chili paste – ½ tsp
- Amchur powder – 1/4tsp
- Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and make a soft dough.
- Heat the pan and make parathas.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
