Ingredients
- Mix together (Udad dal, chana dal, y. moong dal, tur dal) + phada + little rice = ¼ k raw + mix veg
- 1 ½ k (capsicum, tomato, f. beans, dudhi, cauliflower, ¼ onion)
- Pav bhaji masala
- Garam masala
- Chilli powder
- Haldi
- Salt – to taste
- Ginger – chili paste
- Hing
- ¼ tsp jeera
- Curry leaves
- ½ tsp oil
Method
- Wash all dal, rice & phada.
- In a pressure cooker add oil, hing, curry leaves, jeera.
- Then add onion, ginger chilli paste & sauté.
- Add all veges and dals, mix well, cook for 5-6 mins.
- Then add all spices, salt mix well.
- Pressure cook.
