Multigrain Alsi Roti

Ingredients

  • [Bajra flour, Jowar flour, Ragi flour, Besan flour] – ¼ k
  • Finely chopped onion – 1 tbsp
  • Carrot grated – 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped  spinach – 1 tbsp
  • Grated cabbage -1/4k
  • Roasted flaxseed -1 tsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste -1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander -1 tbsp
  • Oil – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required

Method

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and make a soft dough by adding water.
  2. Make small balls from the dough by patting it on plastic to make small parathas, sprinkle flax seeds on top.
  3. Heat the pan and roast it on both sides with little oil.
  4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
