Ingredients
- [Bajra flour, Jowar flour, Ragi flour, Besan flour] – ¼ k
- Finely chopped onion – 1 tbsp
- Carrot grated – 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped spinach – 1 tbsp
- Grated cabbage -1/4k
- Roasted flaxseed -1 tsp
- Ginger & garlic paste -1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped Coriander -1 tbsp
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
Method
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and make a soft dough by adding water.
- Make small balls from the dough by patting it on plastic to make small parathas, sprinkle flax seeds on top.
- Heat the pan and roast it on both sides with little oil.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
