Ingredients:
FINELY CHOPPED MIX VEGETABLES (CAPSICUM, TOMATO, ONIONS, CABBAGE) – 1 cup
CHOPPED SPINACH/ CORIANDER – 1 cup
DOSA BATTER 1 cup
2-3 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
PAV BHAJI MASALA/ MALGAPUDI MASALA
SALT TO TASTE
Method:
1. Add the finely chopped mixed vegetables in the bowl.
2. Add chopped palak.
3. Add dosa batter.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Mix it well.
6. Add chopped chillies.
7. Mix it well.
8. Make mini uttapam on non stick pan.
9. Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala.
