Ingredients
- Paneer (cut into cubes)- 20gms
- Whole green grams (soaked and cooked moong) – 1/4k
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Spring onions (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Ginger (chopped) – 1 inch
- Green chilies (chopped) – 1 to 2
- Cumin seeds- 1/4th tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil- 1/2 tsp
Method
- Add the cooked moong and chopped tomato in a grinder to make a smooth puree, add water as required.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed, spring onion & ginger add green chillies and saute again for another 1 minute.
- Add moong puree and allow it to boil. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the cubed paneer and simmer for few seconds.
- Pour it in a bowl and serve hot.
