Mixed Dal Bhaji

Ingredients

  • Udad dal, Mung dal, Chana dal total ¼ cup raw Tomatoes – 1 cup
  • Lemon – Few drops
  • Dudhi – ½ cup
  • Capsicum – ½ cup
  • Cauliflower
  • French beans & cabbage mix 1 cup
  • Garlic
  • Pav Bhaji masala
  • Garam masala
  • Salt – To taste
  • Corriander
  • Oil -½ tsp

Method

  1. Heat the oil in pressure cooker saute garlic paste, capsicum and onion with little salt.
  2. Then add all veges and dals with all the masalas except for coriander and lemon.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and give 2 whistles.
  4. Once done mash everything to make proper bhaji.
  5. Once done close the flame and add lemon and coriander.
