Ingredients
- Udad dal, Mung dal, Chana dal total ¼ cup raw Tomatoes – 1 cup
- Lemon – Few drops
- Dudhi – ½ cup
- Capsicum – ½ cup
- Cauliflower
- French beans & cabbage mix 1 cup
- Garlic
- Pav Bhaji masala
- Garam masala
- Salt – To taste
- Corriander
- Oil -½ tsp
Method
- Heat the oil in pressure cooker saute garlic paste, capsicum and onion with little salt.
- Then add all veges and dals with all the masalas except for coriander and lemon.
- Add 1 cup of water and give 2 whistles.
- Once done mash everything to make proper bhaji.
- Once done close the flame and add lemon and coriander.
