Ingredients
- (Green moong dal + Yellow moong dal + Urad dal) – 1/4k raw
- Rice – 1tsp
- Grated dudhi – 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves (Chopped ) – 1 tbsp
- French beans (Finely chopped ) – 1/4 cup
- Ginger-chilli paste – 2 tsp
- Haldi – 1/4 tsp
- Juice of half lemon
- Salt-to taste
- Fruit salt (Eno) – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Soak mix dal & rice in hot water for minimum 2 hrs.
- Drain the water & grind it coarsely.
- Add vegs, ginger-chilli paste, salt, haldi & water.
- The batter should be of running consistency.
- Add eno, mix well & cook in a slightly greased Paniyaram pan from both sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney. Note – Preferably soak dals overnight to avoid fruit salt.
