Ingredients
- Couscous (raw) – ¼ k & if cooked/boiled- ¾ k
- Chopped tomatoes – ½ k
- Chopped Cabbage – ½ k
- Chopped spring onions -1/4 k
- Chopped coriander (dhania) – 1 tbsp
- Chopped mint leaves (pudina) – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix cooked couscus, tomatoes, cabbage, spring onion, coriander and mint leaves lemon juice and salt as per taste and toss well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so that all the flavors blend.
- Serve chilled.
