Ingredients
- Ragi flour – 1tbsp
- Rava – 1 tsp
- Besan – 1 tbsp
- French bean, cabbage, capsicum – ¾ k
- Onions – 1/4th cup (Finely chopped all above veges)
- Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Green chilies – 1tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Fruit salt / eno – ¼ tsp
- Oil for greasing and cooking – ½ tsp
Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the fruit salt, add water and mix well.
- Just before making the pancakes, sprinkle the fruit salt.
- When the bubbles form, mix gently.
- Pour the batter to make mini uttapam.
- Cook till they turn brown in colour from both sides.
