Mini Jowar Utthappa


  • Jowar atta 1tbsp
  • Udad dal 1 tbsp (soak overnite)
  • Buttermilk ½ cup
  • 1 cup mix vegetables (capsicum, cabbage, coriander, little carrot, onion, dudhi)
  • Ginger chilli paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil to grease ½ tsp


  1. Grind jowar, urad dal to fine paste using buttermilk.
  2. Add finely chopped vegetables, ginger chilli paste & salt.
  3. Make uttapam.
  4. Cook on both the side.
