Ingredients
- Jowar atta 1tbsp
- Udad dal 1 tbsp (soak overnite)
- Buttermilk ½ cup
- 1 cup mix vegetables (capsicum, cabbage, coriander, little carrot, onion, dudhi)
- Ginger chilli paste
- Salt as per taste
- Oil to grease ½ tsp
Method
- Grind jowar, urad dal to fine paste using buttermilk.
- Add finely chopped vegetables, ginger chilli paste & salt.
- Make uttapam.
- Cook on both the side.
