Minestrone Soup

Ingredients

  • Tomato (boiled & chopped fine) 1 no.
  • Carrots 1 tbsp
  • French beans 1 tbsp
  • Onions 1 tbsp
  • Shredded cabbage 1 tbsp
  • Celery
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Macaroni/ Penne pasta 3-4pcs

For stock/soup water:

  • Tomatoes 1 no
  • Pumpkin little
  • Onion little
  • Water 1 k

Method

  1. Boil macaroni & green peas separately.
  2. Add the chopped veges in the stock & simmer till they are partially cooked.
  3. Cool and blenderize.
  4. Add  boiled macaroni/ penne pasta, peas & chopped tomatoes & cook for sometime.
  5. Add salt & pepper & serve hot.
