Ingredients
- ¼ cup sprout
- 1-2 baby corn
- ½ k cabbage & capsicum
- 3-4 french beans
- Garlic paste
- 1 tomato (with pulp removed)
- Haldi
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- ½ tsp oil
For Tomato Paste
- ½ tomatoes blanched
- 1 tbsp curd
- 1 clove
- 1 green elaichi seeds and cinnamon. Grind together
Method
- Boil baby corn, French beans & sprout. Sauté garlic paste, cabbage, capsicum & tomato.
- Stir for a minute on a low heat.
- Add haldi, tomato paste.
- Stir for 8-10 mins till dry.
- Add salt and red chilli powder.
- Add ¾ cup of water, cook for a minute.
- Add boiled veggies, Mix well for 2-3 mins.
