Milli Juli Sabji

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sprout
  • 1-2  baby corn
  • ½ k cabbage & capsicum
  • 3-4 french beans
  • Garlic paste
  • 1 tomato (with pulp removed)
  • Haldi
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp oil

For Tomato Paste

  • ½ tomatoes blanched
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 clove
  • 1 green elaichi seeds and cinnamon. Grind together

Method

  1. Boil baby corn, French beans & sprout. Sauté garlic paste, cabbage, capsicum & tomato.
  2. Stir for a minute on a low heat.
  3. Add haldi, tomato paste.
  4. Stir for 8-10 mins till dry.
  5. Add salt and red chilli powder.
  6. Add ¾ cup of water, cook for a minute.
  7. Add boiled veggies, Mix well for 2-3 mins.
