Mexican Fajita Wrap (2 Rolls)

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour ¼ k to make 2 rotis,
  • 1/ 2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 large capsicum (sliced),
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • French beans 6-7 ,
  • 3 tsp hot salsa,
  • ½ tsp ajwain seeds,
  • ½ – 1 tsp red chilli powder,
  • Black olives and jalapeno peppers(optional)
  • Sour Cream : 1 tbsp hung curd, salt ,
  • green chilies, coriander
  • Salsa : tomato ketchup ,
  • chillies and minutely chopped tomato & capsicum.

Method
Heat the oil and sauté the onion, capsicum, carrot and cabbage for 3-4 minutes. (Keep the vegetables little crisp, do not overcook.)
Combine the ajwain, chili powder, salsa sauce and salt. Cook for 2 more minutes and keep aside.
Prepare chapattis and sprinkle on it to make a roll.
Serve with 1 tbsp low cal sour cream and 1 tbsp Hot Salsa.
