Ingredients
- Wheat flour ¼ k to make 2 rotis,
- 1/ 2 medium onion (sliced)
- 1/2 large capsicum (sliced),
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- French beans 6-7 ,
- 3 tsp hot salsa,
- ½ tsp ajwain seeds,
- ½ – 1 tsp red chilli powder,
- Black olives and jalapeno peppers(optional)
- Sour Cream : 1 tbsp hung curd, salt ,
- green chilies, coriander
- Salsa : tomato ketchup ,
- chillies and minutely chopped tomato & capsicum.
Method
Heat the oil and sauté the onion, capsicum, carrot and cabbage for 3-4 minutes. (Keep the vegetables little crisp, do not overcook.)
Combine the ajwain, chili powder, salsa sauce and salt. Cook for 2 more minutes and keep aside.
Prepare chapattis and sprinkle on it to make a roll.
Serve with 1 tbsp low cal sour cream and 1 tbsp Hot Salsa.
