Ingredients
- Sprouted matki – 1 cup
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Green chillies – 4 slit
- Goda masala – 1 ½ tsp
- Haldi powder – ¼ tsp
- Corriander leaves – 1 tbsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Rye – ½ tsp
Method
- In a kadai add oil, green chillies, rye, onions, curry leaves & fry till brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt & water.
- Cook till tomato is pulpy & liquid dries up stirring occasionally.
- Add matki,goda/ghati masala & stir.
- Pressure cook it.
