Matki Usal

Ingredients

  • Sprouted matki – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Green chillies – 4 slit
  • Goda masala – 1 ½ tsp
  • Haldi powder – ¼ tsp
  • Corriander leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Rye – ½ tsp

Method

  1. In a kadai add oil, green chillies, rye, onions, curry leaves & fry till brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt & water.
  3. Cook till tomato is pulpy & liquid dries up stirring occasionally.
  4. Add matki,goda/ghati masala & stir.
  5. Pressure cook it.
