Ingredients
- Dalia and yellow moong dal – 1/4 cup total
- Jeera
- Ginger chilli paste
- Curry leaves
- Water -3/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Spinach (optional)
- Chopped capsicum, French beans, dudhi, Cauliflower, Tomato – 1 k
- Coriander for garnishing
- ½ tsp ghee
Method
- In a pressure cooker add ½ tsp of ghee, add jeera, ginger chilli paste, curry leaves and all the chopped vegetables.
- Then add the washed dalia and yellow moong dal and pressure cook it using ¾ cup of water for 3 whistles.
- As cooked add coriander.
- Mix well.
