Ingredients
- 3 medium size idli
- mix veges 2 k (broccoli, cabage, simla mirch, baby corn)
- Ginger garlic paste
- Malgapudi masala
- Sambar masala
- Red chilli masala- as per taste
- oil – ½ tsp, cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Coriander for garnishing
Method
- Chopped idli into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
- Then add all chopped veges and sauté.
- Add all spices and again sauté it.
- Add chopped idlis and toss it.
- Garnish with coriander.
