Masala Idli

Ingredients

  • 3 medium size idli
  • mix veges 2 k (broccoli, cabage, simla mirch, baby corn)
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Malgapudi masala
  • Sambar masala
  • Red chilli masala- as per taste
  • oil – ½ tsp, cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Coriander for garnishing

Method

  1. Chopped idli into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
  4. Then add all chopped veges and sauté.
  5. Add all spices and again sauté it.
  6. Add chopped idlis and toss it.
  7. Garnish with coriander.
