Manchow Soup (60 Cal)

Ingredients

  • Mushroom-1 sliced
  • Mint leaves
  • Tomato
  • Coriander 1 tsp each
  • Chopped carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Spring onion 1 tbsp each
  • Chopped ginger & garlic
  • Green chili
  • Red chili sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flr 1tsp

Method

  1. Make puree of tomato, mint, coriander & ½  green chili.
  2. Heat little oil in pan.
  3. Sauté mushroom, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, ginger, garlic, & puree.
  4. Add 1&½ cup water, red chili sauce, soy sauce & vinegar.
  5. Add pepper & salt.
  6. Mix and Stir well.
  7. Serve it hot.
