Ingredients
- Mushroom-1 sliced
- Mint leaves
- Tomato
- Coriander 1 tsp each
- Chopped carrot
- Cabbage
- Capsicum
- Spring onion 1 tbsp each
- Chopped ginger & garlic
- Green chili
- Red chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flr 1tsp
Method
- Make puree of tomato, mint, coriander & ½ green chili.
- Heat little oil in pan.
- Sauté mushroom, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, ginger, garlic, & puree.
- Add 1&½ cup water, red chili sauce, soy sauce & vinegar.
- Add pepper & salt.
- Mix and Stir well.
- Serve it hot.
