Makai Upma (120 Cals)

Ingredients

  • ¾  cup grated tender corn
  • ¼ tsp mustard seed
  • 1 green chili
  • ½ tsp oil
  • Slat
  • Lemon
  • 1tbsp coriander
  • ½ cup mix vegetables (cabbage, carrot, tomato)

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan add seasonings, green chili, add corn, finely chopped vegetables & cook on slow flame for 5 min.
  2. Add water & salt & cover.
  3. Simmer till water evaporates & corn is tender.
  4. Add lemon juice & serve hot.
