Ingredients
- ¾ cup grated tender corn
- ¼ tsp mustard seed
- 1 green chili
- ½ tsp oil
- Slat
- Lemon
- 1tbsp coriander
- ½ cup mix vegetables (cabbage, carrot, tomato)
Method
- Heat oil in pan add seasonings, green chili, add corn, finely chopped vegetables & cook on slow flame for 5 min.
- Add water & salt & cover.
- Simmer till water evaporates & corn is tender.
- Add lemon juice & serve hot.
